Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I have 30 + years doing Professional/Pastoral Counseling experience in a variety of settings in South Carolina. I am an ordained Minister, Life and Relationship Coach and Certified Career and Job Development and Transition Coach. In addition to being seminary trained with a Master of Divinity, I did post-graduate work in Marriage and Family Therapy and have certifications in Gottman Couples Therapy, Couples Communication, Imago , PREP, PAIRS and Relationship Enhancement.
I work with individuals and couples to work through issues and transitions by helping them set and meet goals to produce a more satisfying and meaningful life. I do this by assessing all the strengths and “growing edges” they possess and help them with the best of Emotional/Relational and Cognitive Therapy, a Jungian frame, Ericksonian Insights, Strategic Family work and Human Needs Psychology.
I do much of my counseling using Assessment tools like PREPARE/ENRICH and SYMBIS for premarital Couples. I also use StrenghtFinders, MBTI I and II, Strong Interest and am a Certified Enneagram Coach.
I would be honored to work with you to be everything you were created to be!

Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can choose the format that works best for them, including video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule and to maintain continuity during transitions.
Licensed professionals provide these services, and if a client feels another therapist would be a better fit, it is possible to change therapists. Online therapy offers a practical, accessible option for addressing everyday mental health and relational concerns while working toward meaningful goals.
