Marci Brown Gilpin, LCSW, Certified Telemental Provider (CTMH)
Reclaim Counseling:
Licensed Clinical Social Workers are professionals that help individuals, families, and groups change behaviors, emotions, attitudes, relationships, and social conditions to restore and enhance their ability to meet their everyday needs. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, it is my mission to contribute to the community by providing quality psychotherapy and supportive services. My work identifies the inherent strengths and qualities of individuals, and assists individuals toward applying these within problem areas. My goals focus on providing counseling services that maintain mindful consideration of family and other environmental influences.
I believe individuals do not live separate from familial and environmental influences. I also attend to the multifaceted areas that make up the whole of any person’s life experience. An individual’s emotional, physical and spiritual needs require consideration and assessment in order for effective service delivery.
I provide counseling to a wide range of individuals experiencing diverse and unique needs. Throughout my career, I have worked with clients experiencing symptoms of grief and loss, past trauma, anxiety, depression, sleep difficulties, disabilities, attention difficulties and hyperactivity, relationship and family problems, infertility and adoption, as well as coping with adjustments due to life changes .

Many people wonder whether remote therapy can truly help. For commonly encountered concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and the adjustments that accompany life changes – online therapy has been shown to be comparably effective to traditional in-person care.
One major benefit is flexibility. Clients can choose the format that suits them best and fits their schedule, whether that is video sessions, telephone appointments, live chat, or in-app messaging. This variety makes it easier to maintain continuity of care amid busy lives.
Therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch providers if they feel a different fit would be more helpful. For many people, remote therapy is a practical and effective way to work on mental health and well-being while accommodating daily responsibilities.
