Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Michigan with nearly 2 decades of experience working with individuals to help better manage responses to stress and anxiety, loneliness, career and life transitions, relationship issues, self esteem and confidence.
There are many circumstances that lead us to counseling, you may be going through a divorce, facing an empty nest, feeling overwhelmed by a new job, or grieving a family member’s death. My role as a counselor is to help you clarify what is troubling you and together we will find new ways of thinking, behaving and managing feelings.
As we work to help resolve the issues that brought you into counseling, you will learn new skills to better cope with the challenges that may arise in the future. I will provide a supportive environment that allows you to talk openly without fear of judgement. My goal is helping you reach your goals.
I look forward to working with you!

Many people wonder whether remote sessions can truly help. For typical concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been found to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person care.
One major benefit is flexibility – individuals can connect in the format that works best for them, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options often makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
Therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and if a different fit is needed clients are able to switch therapists at any time. Online therapy can be a practical, accessible way to get support for everyday mental health concerns while maintaining the same standards of professional care.
