Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
My name is Sarah and I have been in the field going on 10 years now. I am a licensed mental health counselor with a master’s degree from Hofstra in Rehabilitation Counseling in Mental Health. I have experience with children, adolescents, and adults in an outpatient clinical setting utilizing the following treatment modalities: Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Trauma Focused CBT, Person Centered Therapy, and Family systems in individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy settings. My approach is to meet all of my patients where they are at so that together we can determine what goals would assist you in functioning at the highest capacity possible. I am also a strong advocate for providing my patients with education on what makes them survivors of the circumstances that may have led to wanting to seek help to build self esteem and eliminate the mentality that you are a victim and lack ability to take control of your life. I would love the opportunity to be a part of the journey to transforming into the version of yourself that represents strength, health, and stability.

Many people wonder whether remote counseling can produce meaningful results. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or adjusting to life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person care.
One major benefit is convenience. Clients can connect in the way that best fits their needs and comfort level – via video sessions, phone calls, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to integrate therapy into a busy schedule.
All sessions are provided by licensed professionals, and clients have the option to request a different therapist at any time if they prefer a new fit.
