Many people ask whether therapy delivered online can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or managing life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major advantage is flexibility – clients can connect in whatever format feels most comfortable, whether that is a video visit, a phone call, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility can make it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
All participating clinicians are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they feel a different fit would be better. Online therapy offers a practical way to access licensed therapists while addressing everyday mental health concerns.
