Welcome, I am Lori Wilson. I am a clinical social worker licensed in Arizona and Tennessee, I also am a licensed substance use counselor in Arizona. I have worked in the field since 2004.
I have been working as a contracted remote therapist with Betterhelp since May 2022, and enjoy the ease of meeting with clients in the different settings that are offered. My previous experience is with Veterans with mental health and substance use, pregnant and post-partum women in residential treatment, men and women inpatient, outpatient, providing individual and groups for trauma, anxiety, depression and substance use.
I have a bachelors and masters in social work with a specialty in substance use disorder treatment, and clinical services.

Lori Wilson is a clinical social worker licensed to practice in both Tennessee and Arizona and she is also a licensed substance use counselor in Arizona. She has worked in the behavioral health field since 2004, bringing 20 years of clinical experience to her practice based in Arizona.
Her background includes work with Veterans facing mental health and substance use challenges, residential treatment for pregnant and postpartum women, and care for men and women in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She has provided individual therapy and group treatment addressing trauma, anxiety, depression, and substance use concerns.
Lori holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in social work, with a specialty in substance use disorder treatment and clinical services. Since May 2022 she has worked as a contracted remote therapist with Betterhelp and values the flexibility of meeting clients across the different settings that are offered.
She supports a wide range of concerns, including stress, anxiety, addictions, trauma and abuse, self-esteem and depression, relationship and family conflicts, grief and intimacy-related issues, eating and sleeping disorders, parenting and career difficulties, ADHD and bipolar disorder, coping with life changes, and compassion fatigue. Lori combines her clinical training and long-standing field experience to help people navigate change and build coping strategies that fit their lives.
