Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I want to share a bit of myself. I graduated from Concordia University Wisconsin with my Masters in Counseling; I also attended Hood College in Maryland and graduated with another Masters in Thanatology (Thanatology or Deathlore is the scientific study of death and the losses brought about). Then I attended Carthage College, got my undergraduate degree in Sociology in Kenosha, and grew up. I am also a Licensed Professional Counselor in WI and IL.
Communication, nondiscrimination, trust, and confidentiality are major cornerstones of my counseling practice. I’ve been practicing for over 25 years and have a solution-focused counseling approach. I specialize in all “Issues of Living and Dying” and Grief with all ages. I’ve worked in and out of various educational clusters. As a counselor, I worked for the State of Wisconsin Division of Vocational Rehabilitation.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly make a difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most people.
One of the primary benefits is convenience and flexibility. Clients can connect in the format that feels most comfortable to them – through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. That flexibility makes it easier to integrate therapy into a busy life.
Each therapist is a licensed professional, and clients have the option to switch providers if they would like a different fit. For many people, online therapy provides an accessible, effective way to address everyday concerns and to work toward meaningful change.
