Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi! My name is Dr. Lisa Davis, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the Atlanta area. I have a PhD in Counseling, an MA in Communications and Training, and an MS in Counseling Psychology. I work with individuals with a wide range of concerns, including personality disorders, trauma, depression, anxiety, and grief. I believe in meeting my clients where they are at and providing a safe, judgment-free environment for my clients to be themselves. I like to encourage my clients to challenge themselves to become a better version of themselves. I would be a good match for anyone interested in a counselor who takes the approach of having you as a person’s first attitude.
I believe the passion I have for counseling is because I enjoy what I do.

Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or adapting to life changes, online therapy has been found to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit is the flexibility it offers – individuals can meet with their therapist in the format that suits them best, choosing from video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility can make it easier to fit regular therapy into a busy life.
Therapy conducted online is provided by licensed professionals and therapists. If the match is not right, clients have the option to switch therapists at any time to find a better fit.
