Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a LCSW and LCAS-A who has been providing therapy in NC since 2013 working with children, families, couples, and individuals with various concerns such as depression, anxiety, parenting concerns, financial concerns, ADHD, communication, workplace conflict, self-esteem issues, suicide thoughts, drug use, alcohol use, personality and mood disorders. I have also done extensive work with trauma clients helping them heal from sexual, physical, and emotional abuse.
I believe the strength is within each client I work with and my job is to help you see your own strength. It takes courage to take the first step to reach out for help. Your confidence will begin to grow as you begin to take one step at a time with my guidance and support.
I use various therapy modalities from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, etc. to assist clients. We will work together to develop treatment goals for your specific concerns.
I look forward to working with you.
