Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California. I have a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in marketing from San Francisco State University and an M.S. in Counseling Psychology with a focus in cross cultural issues from Cal State East Bay. I have over 17 years of experience working with a diverse population of families in crisis and traumatic situations and youth ages 12 -19. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, and life challenges. I have also helped many people who have experienced trauma or emotional abuse.
My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I don’t believe in stigmatizing labels. I believe in meeting everyone where they’re at within their own unique set of experiences and providing a safe non-judgmental space to work on self healing. I encourage clients to find joy in life by not sweating the small stuff and find something each and every day that puts a smile on their face. My approach to counseling combines cognitive-behavioral and solution focused therapy along with motivational interviewing. Since every individual is unique I tailor dialog and treatment plans to meet specific needs.
It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. If you are ready to take that step I am here to support and empower you.
I look forward to working with you!

Many people wonder whether online therapy truly helps. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or adapting to life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One significant benefit is flexibility – clients can meet with a therapist in the format that best suits their needs, whether by video call, phone, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility can make it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule and maintain consistency with appointments.
Therapists who offer online services are licensed professionals, and clients may choose to switch therapists if they seek a different fit. Online therapy can make seeking help more accessible while preserving the same professional standards you would expect from face-to-face care.
