Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello, I’m Sarah
Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply looking for someone to truly listen without judgment? Whether you’re facing life’s challenges, exploring your identity, or just trying to understand yourself more deeply you don’t have to navigate it all alone.
I’m a pluralistic integrative counsellor with a BA (Hons) in Counselling and Therapeutic Practice, a Postgraduate Certificate in Autism, and over 16 years’ experience in NHS support services, children’s services, and housing. I also bring the perspective of being a neurodiverse person myself which adds depth, empathy, and authenticity to my work.
Being a pluralistic integrative counsellor means I believe there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. You are unique and so your therapy should be, too. I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches, including person-centered, cognitive-behavioral, and psychodynamic methods, and together we’ll find what works best for you. This isn’t about fitting into a model it’s about creating something together that feels supportive, meaningful, and empowering.
I have particular experience working with neurodivergent clients whether diagnosed, exploring, or simply wondering if they might be. I also have a strong grounding in working with the LGBTQ+ community, and I’m committed to offering a space that is welcoming, inclusive, and affirming of all identities and ways of being.
I hold a deep respect for difference and diversity in how people think, feel, communicate, and experience the world. Your voice, your pace, your lived experience these are central to how we work together.
My approach is warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental. I aim to create a space where you feel safe to explore what’s on your mind and in your heart and supported to move toward healing, clarity, and growth.
If this resonates with you, I’d be honoured to walk alongside you. Let’s begin this journey together.

Sarah Beacon is a pluralistic integrative counsellor who offers a warm, non-judgmental space for people feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply looking for someone to listen.
She holds a BA (Hons) in Counselling and Therapeutic Practice and a Postgraduate Certificate in Autism. Sarah has 5 years of experience providing therapy and brings over 16 years of experience in NHS support services, children’s services, and housing.
As a neurodiverse person herself, Sarah brings additional empathy and authenticity to her work. She specialises in relationship issues, grief, parenting, self-esteem, and coping with life changes, and she has particular experience supporting neurodivergent people whether they are diagnosed, exploring a diagnosis, or wondering if they might be.
Sarah has a strong grounding in working with the LGBTQ+ community and aims to offer a welcoming, inclusive, and affirming space for all identities. Working pluralistically and integratively, she draws on person-centred, cognitive-behavioural, and psychodynamic approaches and adapts methods to suit each individual rather than applying a single model.
Her style is compassionate and respectful of difference in how people think, feel, communicate, and experience the world. Sarah seeks to create a safe environment where people can explore what is on their mind and in their heart, and be supported as they move toward clarity, growth, and healing.
If her approach resonates, Sarah would be honoured to walk alongside someone beginning that journey.
