Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a licensed counsellor in Queensland with over three years of experience walking alongside people as they navigate life’s challenges. My work has supported survivors of sexual and domestic violence, crisis, people moving through trauma, PTSD, addictions, LGBTQ+ related experiences, and those facing big life transitions. I also have experience working with people with other mental health concerns.
I take a holistic and person-centred approach, honouring the connection between mind, body, and spirit. I believe you are the expert in your own life, and that within you lies deep wisdom and strength. My role is to hold space, bring curiosity (and sometimes a little humour and banter), and help you reconnect with the parts of yourself that know how to heal and grow.
Counselling with me often feels like a natural conversation—gentle, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I see therapy not just as working through difficulties, but as a process of uncovering your resilience, rediscovering joy, and creating meaningful change. Taking this step is an act of courage, and I am here to support and walk alongside you on your journey.
Outside of counselling, I live life with a lot of energy and curiosity. I’m a netball player, scuba diver, animal lover, pub trivia host, and music lover who also DJs and MCs! I’m passionate about travel, exploring new places, and meeting people from all walks of life. I speak conversational German as well. I find that these parts of me often flow into my work—whether it’s bringing a sense of adventure, creativity, or a good laugh when it’s needed most. 🙂 I look forward to meeting you.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main advantages is flexibility. People can connect with a therapist in the way that suits them best – through video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into everyday life.
All therapists are licensed professionals, and it is possible to switch therapists at any time if a different fit is desired.
