Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a qualified counsellor with several years of experience supporting individuals and groups in both clinical and community settings. I began my journey in counselling by co facillitating addiction support groups whilst completing four years of formal study. Since then I have gained over 3 years of experiance and over 3000 hours as a therapist in a clinical setting.
I work with people facing a wide range of challenges including trauma, relationship difficulties, stress, anxiety, and self esteem issues. I also have extensive experience supporting those struggling with alcohol and substance use. In my view, addiction is often a symptom of a much deeper emotional or relational struggles, my aim is to help my clients understand how their past experiences and relationships shape their currant patterns of behaviour.
At the heart of my approach is the belief that while our pain is often created in relationships, the necessary healing can only happen in relationship. Much of my work focuses on navigating and improving relationships with partners, parents, siblings, and most importantly with themselves.
I place great importance on vulnerability as a pathway to authentic connection. I see therapy as a space where clients can safely explore their inner world, develop healthier ways of relating, and move toward meaningful and lasting change.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can genuinely make a difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the biggest advantages is flexibility – you can connect with a therapist in the way that feels most comfortable for you: video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. That flexibility can make it much easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
Sessions are offered by licensed professionals, and if you decide you would like a different fit you can switch therapists at any time.
