I am a psychotherapist and counsellor who listens, supports and empowers clients to explore, identify and understand their needs helping them to achieve positive outcomes. I work integratively mainly using humanistic principles to work in relation to the present and a psychodynamic approach to explore the past and how this may be impacting currently. In addition I apply further modalities, for instance CBT and psychoanalytic work, as appropriate to enable the client to make sense of their world and their interventions within it – I do not believe that one approach suits all.
