Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi, I’m glad you’re here.
I’m a trauma-informed, relational therapist who believes that healing happens through connection, compassion, and feeling truly seen. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck or just not yourself, you don’t have to go through it alone.
I work with caregivers and parents, veterans, and helping professionals – people who often carry a lot for others and may find it hard to care for themselves. Many of my clients are navigating stress, burnout, trauma, anxiety, or big life changes. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that shape your experience and create space for growth, clarity, and healing.
My approach is grounded in warmth, curiosity, and respect. I see therapy as a collaborative space where you can be your full self without judgement. I’ll meet you with compassion while supporting you in building insight, resilience, and meaningful change.

For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions. Research and practice indicate that virtual care can produce outcomes comparable to face-to-face work for these issues.
One major benefit is flexibility. People can connect in whatever way feels most comfortable – through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life and to maintain consistency over time.
Another practical advantage is the ability to find a licensed professional who fits your needs. Therapists are licensed professionals, and if a different match would serve you better, you can switch providers until you find the right fit.
