Lucy Gray

Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships

About

I’m an NCPS-accredited Integrative Psychotherapist, based in Sheffield, UK.

My hope is to provide my clients with a space to: explore their experiences, be heard and validated, and be empowered to move forward authentically.

My approach is trauma-informed and person-centred, whilst bringing in a range of other approaches to best suit the client I am working with. I often bring elements of solution-focussed therapy and coaching into my sessions. I also enjoy using imagery, mindfulness and seeing ourselves as different ‘parts’/characters.

I’m creative and curious, with a love for the natural environment, so it is not unusual for me to suggest using pen and paper, or natural objects, to help us make sense of something. But, most importantly, the therapy is yours, so I listen and am led by what you need.

I have a particular expertise in working with university students, neurodiverse adults, victims of domestic abuse, and adults who are concerned about their physical health.

A note on my availability: I am available for sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and additional days July-September. I respond to messages as soon as I am able to within these days.

Is Online Therapy the Right Step Toward Better Mental Health?

Many people ask whether online therapy can make a real difference. For a range of common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions. One of the main benefits is flexibility. Clients can connect in the way that suits them best – through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which can make it easier to fit therapy into a busy life. All therapists are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists at any time if they feel a different fit would be better. Online therapy offers a practical, adaptable way to access professional support when addressing everyday mental health and wellbeing concerns.
