I’m an NCPS-accredited Integrative Psychotherapist, based in Sheffield, UK.
My hope is to provide my clients with a space to: explore their experiences, be heard and validated, and be empowered to move forward authentically.
My approach is trauma-informed and person-centred, whilst bringing in a range of other approaches to best suit the client I am working with. I often bring elements of solution-focussed therapy and coaching into my sessions. I also enjoy using imagery, mindfulness and seeing ourselves as different ‘parts’/characters.
I’m creative and curious, with a love for the natural environment, so it is not unusual for me to suggest using pen and paper, or natural objects, to help us make sense of something. But, most importantly, the therapy is yours, so I listen and am led by what you need.
I have a particular expertise in working with university students, neurodiverse adults, victims of domestic abuse, and adults who are concerned about their physical health.
A note on my availability: I am available for sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and additional days July-September. I respond to messages as soon as I am able to within these days.
