Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Starting your therapy journey can feel overwhelming and even a little daunting—but it can also be the beginning of something meaningful and transformative.
You might already have a clear idea of what you’d like to work on, or you may simply know that something in your life needs to change, even if you’re not sure what that is yet. Either way, taking the first step by reaching out for support is a huge achievement—well done for getting here.
I work pluralistically, which means I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches to tailor our sessions to your individual needs. Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, and I believe in being flexible and responsive. If something doesn’t feel quite right in our work together, we’ll explore other approaches that better support your comfort and progress.
I have 3 years of experiencing in working in mental health and helping others with the challenges that life may bring. I am an accredited member of the NCPS and also an individual member of BACP working towards member accreditation.

Lindsay Lightley recognises that starting therapy can feel overwhelming and a little daunting – yet it can also be the beginning of meaningful, lasting change.
Some people arrive with a clear goal in mind, while others sense that something in their life needs to shift even if they cannot name it yet. Reaching out for support is an important first step, and Lindsay acknowledges the courage it takes to get here.
She works pluralistically, drawing on a range of therapeutic approaches so sessions are tailored to each person’s needs rather than following a one-size-fits-all model. If an approach does not feel right, she will explore alternatives that better support comfort and progress.
Lindsay has 5 years of experience working in mental health, supporting people with stress, anxiety, grief, self-esteem concerns and coping with life changes.
