Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Welcome! I commend you for taking these steps towards creating change in your life. It takes courage to seek help and to consider letting someone get to know you.
I have over a decade of diverse clinical practice with a Masters in clinical social work from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an additional Masters in Ethics from the University of Chicago.
I love this work and am a relentless believer in the power of human change. I have extensive experience in the areas of past and present abuse and trauma, family of origin issues, relationships, sexuality, as well as in managing the symptoms of anxiety, depression, and the sometimes unhealthy coping strategies that can emerge from both situational and chronic stressors.
My style is warm, interactive and approachable. I believe in helping you see things you may miss in yourself and in others. My clinical approaches will vary with your preferences and needs. I believe humans are incredibly resilient and I will start with seeking to understand both the challenges you are facing and the strengths you already bring. I will work incredibly hard to ensure you feel respected, supported, and that you walk away with tools you find helpful to manage your current concerns as well as those you may face down the road. I look forward to working together!

Many people wonder whether therapy delivered online can truly help. For a range of common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person treatment for most people.
A key benefit is flexibility. Clients can connect in the way that works best for them – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which often makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
Licensed professionals provide these services, and if a different therapeutic fit is desired it is possible to switch therapists. Online therapy can be a practical option for many seeking support with everyday mental health and life concerns.
