Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Orlando, Florida. I’m a native of New Jersey who has called Central Florida home for over 20 years. I completed my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida. I also received my Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology with a Minor in Nonprofit Organization Management from the University of Central Florida. Through lived experiences, direct client work, and education, I have come to learn that people experience trauma or severe life stressors that can lead to their lives unraveling.
I have experience servicing diverse populations such as at-risk youth, teenagers, those experiencing homelessness, people living with HIV, LGBTQ+ issues, addiction/substance misuse, aggressors of abuse, and victims of trauma and crime. I aim for the client and counselor to establish an emotional and social connection that supports people to explore solutions to their problems. I know that no single approach is the right one for every individual so I’m trained in various modalities focusing on evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral and Solution Focused Therapy. I invite potential clients to join in on a collaborative effort to explore mental wellness with an emphasis on increasing the quality of and satisfaction with life. When not working with people, you can find me relaxing near a body of water or socializing to build community.

Many people question whether remote therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit is flexibility – clients can choose the mode of connection that feels most comfortable, including video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. That range of options makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
Licensed professionals provide these services, and if a client decides they would prefer a different therapeutic fit, they can switch therapists at any time. Online therapy offers a practical, adaptable way to pursue mental health support for many everyday concerns.
