Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello, thank you for stopping by and letting me introduce myself. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and I have been practicing since 2012. I received both my Bachelors of Science and Masters of Science in Counseling from Emporia State University in Kansas. I am trained in telehealth, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma Informed Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Addictions (LMAC).
I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, anger management, and couples counseling. It is important for me to have some humor in my life and when the time is right I attempt to bring this into counseling and encourage you to bring yours.
Over time, I have gained experience with many diverse populations. Some populations that I have passions for are university students, couples, victims and trauma survivors, active duty military and veterans, and individuals with anger issues.
My approach to working with individuals and couples is to meet them where they are and focus on their goals. I believe in empowering individuals to navigate the road blocks they experience in their lives.
One thing that I have learned from providing therapy is that people can change and that I love walking with them through that process.
If you are finding life is getting hard and having difficulty tackling mental health issues. Please feel free to contact me and we will work on strategies and insights that allow you to address the root causes of your difficulties and work on meeting your goals.

Many people wonder whether online therapy produces meaningful results. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes, research and clinical experience indicate that online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that fits their schedule and comfort level, choosing video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life and to maintain continuity of care.
All therapists involved are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch providers if they need a different fit. Online therapy offers a practical, accessible way to address everyday mental health needs and to work toward personal goals with a trained clinician.
