Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
In our sessions, putting your goals at the centre of our work, we will collaborate to help you find ways to become more authentically you, to better understand any problems you might be facing, or simply to get to know yourself better. When life, work, family, money, anxiety, or stress all start to feel too much, our therapeutic space offers a safe environment to explore and process.
Together, we can work to understand your life and process, for example to understand thought patterns which might be holding you back, behaviours you’d like to change, or past experiences which are troubling you. Central to this is our relationship, a confidential and trusting space where you can develop the tools you need to become more emotionally confident and capable.
In my professional experience I’ve worked in domestic abuse, women’s centres, pastoral care in schools, LGBTQ+ charities, and addiction and recovery. I am kink-aware, and comfortable working with clients in a variety of relationship structures. I’ve worked for adult and young person special needs provisions, and as a teacher for over 10 years. In each of these environments I’ve learnt something different from every one of my clients and students, and how diverse and resilient humans can be, both in themselves and how they handle their challenges.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can genuinely help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – people can choose the way of connecting that suits them best, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into busy schedules and varied lifestyles.
Therapists offering online work are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists at any time if they feel a different fit would be better. Online therapy can be a practical and effective way to access consistent support for many everyday mental health and relationship concerns.
