Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am an integrative relational counsellor with four years client experience. I work with a wide range of individuals, but I particularly love working with people who feel disconnected from themselves and their bodies. Often they have experienced either acute or low level trauma and feel ready to invest some time in better understanding themselves so they can make changes.
Please note I am due to go on maternity leave at the start of February 2025 so I can only accept clients wanting to do short/medium term work.
I have experience of working with a range of issues, including bereavement and loss, trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, life changes and sexual abuse.
I have a degree in Psychotherapeutic Counselling and have been working with clients since 2020.
I am interested in breath work, the body, movement, nature and creativity, so these often feature in work with clients. I believe that our minds and bodies are very closely linked, so we might tap into the body’s wisdom, breath work and creativity (no artistic talent required!) to support our work.
Please get in touch with any questions – I’m always happy to discuss how we might work together.

Anna Channon is an integrative relational counsellor who has been working with clients since 2020 and brings four years of experience to her practice.
She works with a wide range of people, and is particularly drawn to supporting those who feel disconnected from themselves and their bodies. Many of these clients have experienced either acute or low-level trauma and are ready to invest time in understanding themselves so they can make changes.
Please note that Anna is due to go on maternity leave at the start of February 2025, so she is currently accepting clients only for short and medium-term work.
Her professional experience includes supporting people through bereavement and loss, trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, life changes and sexual abuse.
Anna holds a degree in Psychotherapeutic Counselling and integrates an interest in breath work, the body, movement, nature and creativity into her work. She believes the mind and body are closely linked, and may draw on breath work, movement and creative approaches – no artistic talent required – to support the therapeutic process.
She welcomes enquiries and is happy to discuss how she might work with someone who is considering therapy.
For many common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or navigating life changes – online therapy can be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One key advantage is flexibility. People can connect with a therapist in the format that suits them best – video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Therapists offering online sessions are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they feel a different fit would be helpful.
