Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am Jessica Rogal, a Michigan licensed clinical social worker, with eight plus years experience working with individual children, adolescents, young adults, adults and families. I am passionate about learning people’s stories and walking alongside their struggles, while working together to build emotional resilience and sustainable, personal growth into a life you enjoy living. Together individuals and I have addressed symptoms of anxiety, depression, ADHD, histories of trauma, difficult family dynamics, life transitions, ambivalence, explosive behaviors, and relationship difficulties.
My therapeutic approach creatively integrates evidenced- based modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), trauma informed practices, mindfulness and neuroscience research.
It is my goal to use my knowledge and experiences in a way that is honest, relatable, non-judgmental and consistent. Taking steps towards change can be scary and overwhelming. It would be an honor to provide a safe and thought-provoking space that empowers you to grow in the direction of your choice.

Many people ask whether remote therapy actually helps. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and major life changes, online therapy has been found to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person care.
One major benefit is the flexibility it offers. Clients can choose the format that fits their life best – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – making it easier to attend sessions and maintain continuity of care.
All therapists providing online services are licensed professionals, and individuals may switch practitioners at any time if they want a different fit. This model expands access while keeping the same professional standards expected in conventional therapy.
