Good Afternoon, my name is Joye M. Pascall and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I would like to commend you on taking the first step in dealing with the issue(s) that brought you into counseling. Many times, we are unaware of what options are available to help to navigate through difficult situations. I have many years of clinical experience in individual, group, couple and family counseling. A few of my specialty areas include anger management, relationship problems, depression, work-related issues, trauma, and first responder stress, substance abuse, co-dependency, and marriage therapy. Being a very client invested therapist, I will work with you with professionalism and enthusiasm to help you on your life journey. In exchange, you will have to attend sessions and apply the changes in your life to become healthier. The goals that are put in place will be developed to help you work through your issues. We will look at different ways to cope which may include techniques such as positive visualization, journaling, and effective communication, Brief Solution- Focused and or Cognitive therapy approaches are my preferred counseling styles.
