Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or adjusting to life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main benefits is flexibility – clients can choose the format that suits them best, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
All therapists are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists at any time if they feel a different fit would be more helpful.
