Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I offer individual therapy tailored to each individual’s needs. If you are struggling with relationships, a difficult circumstance in life, or you know what your struggles are but can’t seem to change them, I can offer help. In therapy, I offer a genuine relationship to help you navigate difficult life stages, understand yourself more deeply, and get to a better understanding of the nature of your concerns.
Every individual is a complex and unique person. I strive to recognize and honor that complexity and aim to help you live a life full of meaning.
Life offers us challenges, but you don’t have to navigate those challenges alone. Together, we can process thoughts and feelings and add tools to your tool box. Schedule to find out if I am the right therapist to walk through these challenges alongside you.
I utilize collaborative, strength based, cognitive behavioral, mindfulness based, solution focused, and client-centered approaches to therapy. I also use motivational interviewing and dialectic behavioral therapy to create an accepting, non-judgmental, and empathic space. Specialties: depression, anxiety, PTSD, addiction, spiritual abuse, mindfulness, Veteran’s issues, men’s issues, and neurodivergence, including ADHD and autism.
