Kelly Campbell offers individualized therapy designed to meet each person’s distinct needs and circumstances.
She works with people facing stress, anxiety, depression, trauma and abuse, self-esteem concerns, ADHD and other forms of neurodivergence, addictions, intimacy-related issues, and difficulties coping with life changes. Her practice also includes support for spiritual abuse, veterans' issues, and men’s concerns.
Kelly creates a genuine, empathetic therapeutic relationship to help clients better understand their experiences, process difficult emotions, and build practical skills to navigate life transitions. She emphasizes a collaborative, strength-based approach and draws on cognitive behavioral, mindfulness-based, solution-focused, and client-centered methods. She also uses motivational interviewing and dialectic behavioral therapy to maintain an accepting, nonjudgmental space.
Kelly is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Colorado (CO LCSW CSW.09929256). She earned her Master’s degree from Metropolitan State University in 2020 and is pursuing a Licensed Addiction Counselor certification, with anticipated completion in fall 2024. Kelly has worked with Veterans since 2019 and comes from a military background. She brings three years of clinical experience to her work.
