Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) of 13 years specializing in behavior change and mindfulness. I have worked in both community and private practice settings. I’m passionate about helping clients change habits that are no longer serving them such as quitting or cutting down on alcohol intake while living a more mindful life with self-compassion.
I have worked with individuals, families, and groups addressing various behavioral and mental health issues, including substance abuse, depression, anxiety, stress management, trauma, relationship difficulties, parenting, caregiver stress, grief, sexual abuse, domestic violence, post-traumatic stress, and anger management/conflict resolution.
My therapy style and approach draws influence primarily from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness. My top priority is to meet you where you are so I may calibrate treatment and my approach to what will work best for us as we work together to meet your goals.
Working towards a more fulfilling and happier life takes a lot of strength. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you.

Many people wonder whether remote therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or navigating life transitions, online therapy has been found to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions for most people.
One major advantage is flexibility – individuals can connect in the format that fits their life, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to schedule and maintain regular care.
All therapists offering remote care are licensed professionals, and clients are free to switch therapists at any time if they seek a different fit. For many, online therapy provides an accessible and practical way to pursue mental health support without changing the core benefits of therapeutic work.
