Hi thank you for viewing my page, I’m Louisa, I am credentialed/qualified in the UK with 5 years of professional work experience. I accept and welcome all clients and am flexible with clients choosing different appointments times/days each week (I understand life can be busy!)

I have experience in helping clients in both strengthening their relationships and to rebuild themselves after coming out a relationship, boosting their self esteem and gaining confidence. To help raise self awareness and strength. I work with addictions in a non judgemental proactive way looking at the root cause as well as coping mechanisms.

I can facilitate clients who have experienced grief and loss, offering a safe space to share feelings, remember their loved one and help lessen any guilt. I work with depression/anxiety, and many, many other issues. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.

I also believe that childhood can sometimes have big effects on how we are now as adults. I aim to provide a calming, safe space where this can be explored and therefore understood where you will be listened to without judgement. I am integrative which means I can use a variety of therapy techniques to help you including, person centred, CBT and psychodynamic . I will work at your pace to enable growth, healing and help work towards a more resilient you.
