I have been in recovery from addiction for much of my adult life. Sharing that with those struggling with addiction is my way to actively utilize my 12th step. I empathize with where you are and hope you find my journey to be helpful as you begin and/or continue on yours.
When I meet with clients in person, I always let them know that I often have have two co-therapists with me, “Yogi” and “Bear” who are Shih Tzu’s and will keep your information confidential. They may hang around my desk and and will probably want to meet you online, unless you object.
I have separate private practice as well as being online with Betterhelp so if there is a specific time that is not listed on the availability for appointments page, please let me know. I will do my best to accommodate your preference for a session time.
