I am a supportive, friendly approachable, and down to earth therapist. I hold a BA (Hons) degree in Humanistic Counselling Practices and I am an accredited therapist with the NCS and a BACP member in the UK, with 4 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, shame, trauma, sexual abuse, relationship issues, family conflicts, and conditions of worth. I have worked with children, young adults and adults, male and female, and from different backgrounds. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I am trained in the Person-Centred approach which is a non-directive model of therapy and I am committed to delivering support with the belief of empowering clients to make their own informed choices to bring about change in a non-judgmental way, respecting your autonomy. I have an accepting attitude and let my client set the pace of the sessions, letting them know this is their safe space to explore their thoughts and feelings. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support and empower you in that journey.

Many people ask whether online therapy really helps. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit is flexibility – clients can meet with a therapist in the format that suits them best: video calls, phone conversations, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life and to access support from different locations.
All participating professionals are licensed, and individuals have the option to change therapists if they feel a different fit would be better. Online therapy offers a practical, adaptable way to access professional help for a range of everyday mental health concerns.
