Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello, I am Clair, a qualified and registered therapist, based in the UK.
Through my work with clients, I aim to offer a safe and supportive space for individuals to explore and process any thoughts, feelings and experiences they wish to, without judgement. I respect and believe that you are the expert on you and so I will support you to resolve your problems, while I use my skills and experience to facilitate your process. As an integrative therapist, I am able to adapt my approach to better suit your needs, ensuring you get the most out of your therapy.
I am qualified and registered to work with both adults and children and young people and I have a great deal of experience working face to face and remotely, via video calls, telephone and live chat.
Currently I work with adult clients on a self-employed basis and have experience of working with a broad range of issues. I have also been working for a local authority for several years now as a Counsellor in Education and Early Intervention, working with 11–25 year olds, both in school settings and in central therapy rooms or online. As well as this, I am also a Counselling Tutor, at a Higher Education College, delivering counselling training to trainee counsellors.
Some of my experience includes several years of working with children and young people in residential and foster care, as well as care leavers and also supporting staff who work in the health and social care sector. I’m competent in supporting clients who have experienced early life trauma, attachment disorders, behavioural and learning difficulties. I also do a lot of work with adult students, clients in the LGBTQIA+ community and those experiencing grief and loss, depression, anxiety, relationship issues and significant life changes. More recently I have completed training to support my work with those in the skateboarding community.
It is a privilege to work with people and be part of their journey towards change and growth. It takes courage to seek help and take steps towards change and I am here to support you on that journey.
If you feel like we might be a good match please do make contact and we can discuss how we might work together to help you achieve your goals.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or navigating significant life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – people can connect in the way that suits them best, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This flexibility can make it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Sessions are delivered by licensed professionals, and if a different therapeutic match is needed it is possible to switch to another therapist. Online therapy offers an accessible option for many who are looking for support with everyday mental health concerns.
