Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi! I’m so excited that you’ve decided to seek some support! I’m a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Nevada and Texas and a licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor in Texas. I have over 12 years working with a variety of people from varying backgrounds. I’ve provided counseling in private practice, schools, in patient treatment centers, and military bases. My specialities include anxiety, depression, relationship issues, addiction, coping and more.
I have two master’s degrees; one in counseling psychology and one in religious studies from Southern CA Seminary. My approach to counseling is to partner with you to determine what’s working and what’s not. I then support you as you decide what changes you’d like to make and together we’ll create the steps to make those changes.
My style is warm, empathetic and direct. I believe in you and your ability to create the life you want. I use a variety of interventions depending on what your needs are as counseling is never “one size fits all.”
I can’t wait to get to know you and your unique challenges so we can begin the journey to change. I know it takes a lot of courage to get to a place in your life where you’re ready for something different.
Thanks so much for reaching out! I look forward to speaking with you!!!
