Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am licensed in Kentucky with 6 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & depression. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
I try to accommodate clients by offering session lengths of 30 or 45 minutes depending on preference. I am also available 6 days per week with occasional hours on Sunday. I accept video, chat or phone sessions in order to meet your needs and make you feel comfortable during this process. Please note that the first session is often an assessment in order to understand what brought you to therapy and where we should begin.
Currently I am ONLY offering APPOINTMENTS IN THE MORNING and MID-DAY.
Messaging is encouraged throughout the week and I reply as quickly as possible, with the exception of work hours ending at 8 pm.

For many common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy can be as effective as in-person care. Research and clinical practice support its usefulness for these types of issues.
A major benefit of remote care is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that feels most comfortable, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility often makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule and to maintain continuity of care.
All therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they need a different fit. For many people, virtual sessions provide an accessible path to consistent support and progress.
