Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
If you want movement and change I am the therapist for you. I have had over 30 years of experience in counseling individuals, couples and families. I provide a safe, supportive environment to explore your personal and confidential issues. I will help you accomplish your goals and become the best version of yourself. I do this by empowering you to put aside fears and self-defeating thoughts and behaviors. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help refute negative thoughts, beliefs and attitudes. Turning these negative cognitions into positive thoughts and behaviors. I am direct, but loving and supportive. I give clients the tools to be their own therapist when our sessions have ended. My education includes a PhD in Health and Human Services, a Masters degree in Marriage & Family Therapy and a Bachelors degree in Nursing. I believe we have the capability to heal ourselves mentally, physically and emotionally by understanding ourselves and being brave enough to be who we want to be in the world.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can produce real improvements. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit is flexibility – individuals can choose the format that works best for them, including video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to schedule care around work, family, and other obligations.
Licensed professionals provide online care, and clients may switch therapists at any time if they want a different fit. For those seeking accessible, evidence-supported support for everyday mental health challenges, online therapy can be a practical option.
