My approach is to resource my clients with tools so they are empowered with the ability to create a more secure, healthy, and loving relationships. I also work to create an atmosphere and a dynamic set of coping tools for the client to be more powerful and directive in their own life choices.
What I love so much about my practice is discovering what resonates and supports each person’s specific process the most. All of us heal and express life differently and the work I do with my clients is individualized and specific to them. Through creativity, many of the challenges and traumas can be resolved in a powerful way.
