I have experience working with clients that are experiencing stress related to self esteem, transition, or loss. I provide space to process thoughts and feelings while providing tools to help manage through emotions.
Are you currently experiencing stress as a result of a transition in life? A current college student or graduating soon? A young adult trying to determining what next steps are in life. An employee unsure if you are content with your current position, or if you would like to explore other options? Have you experienced a recent break up? Do you feel isolated and find it hard to make or keep friends? Are there days where it feels hard to complete tasks? Are you trying to manage through stress caused by day to day responsibilities. If you can relate to anything described I believe I have the skill and tools that can assist.
