Hi there, I’m Canse and I appreciate you looking on my profile. Is everything just overwhelming? Are you waking up every day feeling low, numb or empty but confused why? Do you have a chapter you do not read aloud because it is too painful, leaving you surviving instead of thriving? Together we can break things down to feel more manageable, confront your fears and pursue meaningful change. Growth and healing are possible when you process emotions with a healthy approach. Although some experiences or life events can be horrendous, at the right time we can learn from everything. To empower us and encourage us to evolve. It can help to talk to someone not connected to your personal life and it can be safer to revisit things with someone trained. Especially if things have been suppressed for years, this can present in your current behaviour or relationships. Counselling & Psychotherapy is a confidential, safe space where you can be your true self with no judgements’ and is life changing.

I have 14+ years’ experience working with a range of individuals from various mental health community services, inpatient units and crisis intervention. I have observed remarkable transformations in people and I genuinely believe in you too. The work I do now is more holistic rather than clinical. I organised mental health awareness events for 5 years. I was handpicked from a global magazine Brainz to write articles related to mental health and wellbeing. There are various other global projects I work on as I’m extremely passionate about connecting with my peers but also being open minded for my clients.
I studied BA(Hons) in Psychology specialising in Clinical. Then went on to study my PGDip in Counselling & Psychotherapy. I am a member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy which ensures ethical working. Also, fully Insured with an Enhanced DBS. My therapeutic influence is from an Integrative Approach mostly linked to Humanistic, Relational, Psychodynamic & Creative ways of working. My expertise and skill set encourages depth whilst offering genuine empathy. I am keen to meet your individual needs and being mixed race, I see diversity and value unity. Is Online Therapy the Right Fit for Your Needs?

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional face-to-face sessions. A major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that suits them best, whether by video call, phone, live chat or in-app messaging. This variety can make it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule and to maintain regular sessions. All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and clients may change therapists if they feel a different fit would be better. For many people, online therapy provides an accessible, practical route to address everyday mental health challenges and to work toward meaningful change.
