I have 14+ years’ experience working with a range of individuals from various mental health community services, inpatient units and crisis intervention. I also worked in a Therapeutic Community which was DBT focused with ladies who have a personality disorder/DID diagnosis. I have observed remarkable transformations in people and I genuinely believe in you too. The work I do now is more holistic rather than clinical. I organised mental health awareness events for 5 years. I was handpicked from a global magazine Brainz to write articles related to mental health and wellbeing. There are various other global projects I work on as I’m extremely passionate about connecting with my peers but also being open minded for my clients.
I studied BA(Hons) in Psychology specialising in Clinical. Then went on to study my PGDip in Counselling & Psychotherapy. I am a member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy which ensures ethical working. Also, fully Insured with an Enhanced DBS. My therapeutic influence is from an Integrative Approach mostly linked to Humanistic, Relational, Psychodynamic & Creative ways of working. My expertise and skill set encourages depth whilst offering genuine empathy. I am keen to meet your individual needs and being mixed race, I see diversity and value unity. English is my first language. There are various traumatic experiences I’ve personally had to deal with in the past that have needed a lot of deep work. I am committed to my own progress and will always try be the best Therapist I can too.
