Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a fully qualified counsellor and a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy with many years of experience of working with adults and young people. I have helped and supported people with a wide range of problems and concerns, from anxiety, stress, and depression to issues with relationships, families, work, various forms of abuse and trauma.
I am an integrative therapist, which means my way of working combines three of most common types of therapy. I believe no single type of therapy suits everyone, all the time. Being an integrative therapist means I can be flexible and creative, working in a way that suits your needs.
Life can be challenging, with many pressures, and there are times it can feel hard to manage and keep going. Sometimes, we are just stuck and want a change. I can offer you a safe, confidential, and supportive space where you can talk freely and really be heard, and not judged. Together, we can explore a way forward for you.
Getting in touch with me could be the first step towards a new understanding and the life you want.

Pauline Rodgers is a fully qualified counsellor and a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). With 10 years’ experience, she has supported both adults and young people through a wide range of difficulties, including anxiety, stress, depression, relationship and family problems, workplace issues, and various forms of abuse and trauma.
She works as an integrative therapist, bringing together three of the most common therapeutic approaches so she can adapt to each person’s needs rather than relying on a single method. This flexible, creative approach allows her to shape sessions in ways that suit the individual.
Life can present pressures that make it hard to cope, or leave someone feeling stuck and wanting change. Pauline offers a safe and supportive space where clients can speak openly, be listened to, and explore their experience without judgement. Reaching out to her can be the first step toward greater understanding and the life a person wants.
Many people ask whether remote therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, research and practice indicate that online therapy can be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is the flexibility it offers – clients can choose the format that fits their routine and comfort, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to fit regular sessions into a busy life.
Therapists who provide online services are licensed professionals, and clients are free to change therapists if they feel a different match would work better. For many people, online therapy provides a practical, effective way to access support and make progress toward their goals.
