Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I have helped clients with a wide range of personal difficulties including bereavement, abuse, relationship issues, anxiety, and low self-esteem. You do not have to be in crisis to come and seek support, therapy can be an essential part of your self-care and support system. I have helped clients to develop a deeper understanding of their relationship difficulties, relationship communication, and relationship experiences.
Both short-term and long term counselling is offered and I am committed to personalising therapy for you and doing so collaboratively. Therapy can also be provided more flexibly, around your schedule.
I am trained in more than one theory and counselling method. This enables me to incorporate different techniques and methods to personalise the therapy to the individual client. The space that is offered is secure, confidential and non-judgmental. You will be encouraged to open up and explore your various difficulties while I understand that for some it can be hard to open up to a stranger or talk about experiences that have caused you pain.

Kelly Morris has supported people through a wide range of personal difficulties, including bereavement, abuse, relationship problems, anxiety and low self-esteem. She encourages therapy as a form of self-care and ongoing support, not only something to pursue during a crisis.
She works with clients to build a deeper understanding of relationship patterns, improve communication and explore the impact of past and present relationship experiences. Both short-term and long-term counselling are available, and Kelly is committed to tailoring therapy to each person through a collaborative approach.
Training in more than one theoretical approach allows her to draw on different techniques and adapt methods to suit individual needs. As a female therapist she aims to provide a secure, confidential and non-judgmental space where clients are encouraged to open up at their own pace, with sensitivity to how difficult it can be to talk about painful experiences to a stranger.
For many common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties and life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main benefits is the flexibility it offers – you can connect in the way that works best for you, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule and access support from wherever you are located.
Therapy delivered online is provided by licensed professionals and therapists, and if you feel a different fit would help you can switch therapists at any time. For many people online work provides a convenient, effective option for addressing everyday mental health and relationship concerns.
