Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I provide a convenient and flexible counselling service that fits with your existing commitments, offering online and telephone counselling.
About me and my therapy practice
There is no single approach that matches all situations; each person is individual and needs to be considered as a whole. You are unique, and I will work with you to tailor my technique to match your individual needs and personal circumstances, promoting wellness across mental, physical, and emotional health.
I will be led by you and what matters to you and will support you throughout your counselling. Talking about you, in a space without judgement, to build a deeper understanding of yourself without fear, can be incredibly rewarding.
Practice description
I specialise in working with anxiety, depression, feelings of sadness, low self-esteem, and low self-confidence, including coping skills, relationship issues, work-related stress, sleeping difficulties/insomnia, panic attacks and self-injury/self-harming, adaptation in emigration. I take an active role in the counselling relationship, sharing self-help tools and techniques that match your goals.
We can:
• identify ways to feel less worried and manage the sense of panic that can seem so overwhelming
• explore why you may be lacking in energy or finding it difficult to make decisions, and support you reconnecting with your family, friends, and social activities
• discover ways to feel more confident in yourself, to be less critical and feel more positive, to tackle challenges that feel overwhelming and develop an improved understanding of yourself
• find alternative ways to manage the deep distress, feelings of sadness, emptiness and emotional pain that can only be relieved through self-injury
• understand the complex and painful emotions you feel when you experience a loss, whether it’s sudden or anticipated; a family member; relationship; job or pet
My first session
Your first session will be about why you are looking for therapy and what you hope to achieve. During this session, I will ask a number of questions to better understand and decide if we will be comfortable working with one another, and that the most appropriate type of support can be offered. If you feel therapy may be beneficial and choose to continue, we will also discuss how we will work together, how often we meet, session fees, all of which will be included in our working contract.
You have the right to ask anything you wish to know about my experience or qualifications and to question anything you may not understand. The aim of this session, is to agree our framework and establish our therapeutic relationship.

Bogdana Leete offers a convenient, flexible counselling service designed to fit around existing commitments, providing both online and telephone sessions.
She approaches each person as an individual, recognising that there is no single method that suits every situation. Bogdana works to tailor her techniques to the whole person, supporting mental, physical and emotional wellbeing and adapting her approach to each client’s personal circumstances.
Clients lead the work and Bogdana follows what matters most to them, offering a non-judgemental space in which talking openly can deepen self-understanding and reduce fear. She takes an active role in the counselling relationship and shares practical self-help tools and techniques that align with individual goals.
Her specialisms include anxiety, depression and feelings of sadness, low self-esteem and low confidence, coping skills, relationship difficulties, work-related stress, sleep problems and insomnia, panic attacks, self-injury and self-harming, and adaptation following emigration. She also supports people facing bereavement and other kinds of loss, whether sudden or anticipated.
In the first session Bogdana explores the reasons for seeking therapy and what the client hopes to achieve, asking questions to establish whether she and the client will be comfortable working together and to determine the most appropriate form of support. If therapy continues, she and the client agree how they will work together, how often they will meet and the session fees, all of which are set out in a working contract. Clients are welcome to ask about her experience or qualifications at any time; the aim of the initial meeting is to agree the framework and establish the therapeutic relationship.
Bogdana works with adults, older adults, trainees and young people. She draws on a range of approaches including CBT, integrative work, person-centred, psychodynamic methods, mindfulness and art-therapy. She has 6 years of experience and practices in the United Kingdom, offering therapy through online counselling and telephone counselling.
Many people wonder whether online therapy can make a meaningful difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person work.
A major benefit of remote therapy is the flexibility it offers – clients can choose the format that suits them best, whether that is video calls, telephone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This variety makes it easier to fit therapy into busy lives and to engage in ways that feel comfortable.
Sessions are delivered by licensed professionals and clients can change therapists at any time if they want a different fit. For many people, the combination of professional support and practical convenience makes online therapy a helpful option when addressing everyday mental health challenges.
