Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Welcome to my profile! I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Illinois and Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Indiana with over 13 years of experience assisting individuals in reaching their goals. I’m also a strong supporter and ally of the LGBTQIA+ community.
My style is highly collaborative and solution-focused; understanding your life and perspective is my first priority. You are the expert on you and I bring with me experience and different strategies to help you on the path of your choosing, or help you to identify what that path would like, if you’re not quite sure. While I tend to keep the focus in the here and now, if there are problems from the past that are impacting the present, we can explore those as well, if you choose to. I use several
techniques in my “tool box” to provide individualized, comprehensive care, including behavioral therapies (CBT, DBT) and EMDR.
Congratulations on taking the first, and often difficult, step towards creating the life that you want. Change, even when welcomed and anticipated, can bring with it a certain level of uncertainty. It takes courage to work through those unknowns and move forward, be sure to give yourself kudos for venturing out to explore a new way of doing things. When you decide to take the next step, feel free to reach out.
