Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Everyday is a fresh start! I most certainly believe that…Seasons Change and so do You! It is inevitable to journey through life without the help of someone else.
That’s just what therapy is for me; to join you on a journey and help clients see the other side to things. Having clients join me on a mindfully attuned self-awareness journey, will help one begin to explore what works for them; seeing the Seasons change for themselves. Lifestyle therapy is important as it it offers each person a framework for a way to live despite what obstacles and trauma faced. Often times when grief and toxic relationships overtake, break, and burden our hearts; being a caregiver stretches us, depression and anxiety infiltrate our minds; self-esteem and the inability to express our thoughts and feelings, emotions overtake our voice; clients find themselves hiding in the shadows; just existing and not living; doing and not being. Learning to live within their desired lifestyle practice, gaining more awareness, and the ability to use their voice; clients will be on their way to leading a healthier and mindful lifestyle. In my 7 years of counseling, I care to take a person centered approach and aim to inspire others to engage in a mindfulness lifestyle therapy that innately drives a client to be… Inspired By You!

Tiesha White approaches therapy with the belief that life moves in seasons and that each day can offer a fresh start. She joins people on a reflective journey, helping them gain self-awareness and to recognize new perspectives when life shifts.
Her work emphasizes a person-centered framework and mindfulness-informed lifestyle practices that support daily living despite past trauma or ongoing challenges. She helps people who are dealing with grief, difficult or toxic relationships, the strains of caregiving, depression, anxiety, and struggles with self-esteem or expressing emotions. When people feel like they are merely existing rather than fully living, she focuses on building awareness, strengthening the ability to use one’s voice, and cultivating habits that move toward a healthier, more mindful way of life.
In practice she draws on seven years of counseling experience and incorporates a faith-informed perspective consistent with her Christian values. Tiesha is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas (TX LPC 79906) and provides care as a female therapist and therapist of color based in Texas. Her stated aim is to inspire others to engage in a mindfulness-based lifestyle approach that she refers to as “Inspired By You.”
Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or managing life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person care.
One of the main benefits is flexibility – people can connect in the format that fits their needs, including video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options can make it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule and to choose the method that feels most comfortable.
All participating clinicians are licensed professionals, and someone may change therapists at any time if they prefer a different fit. For many, online therapy provides an accessible way to address everyday mental health concerns while working with trained therapists.
