Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello! My name is Susy and I have 7 years of experience in working with individuals from a wide variety of backgrounds. Sometimes life brings unexpected situations into our paths that we don’t feel able to deal with easily. I offer a gentle, reflective space to help you navigate your situation with kindness and self compassion.
I seek to offer a warm and empathic space for whatever you bring. I have significant experience in working with neurodiversity and also work with LGBTQI clients and their family members. I welcome all, equally.
I work from an integrative perspective, which means that I draw on a number of different theories to help you with your specific challenges. I find that offering guided visualisation work, in partnership with the client, can help find a way through. You will remain at the centre of the work at all times and we will only work in the way that you feel comfortable.
I love being creative, I have a background in education and have worked in various countries around the world. I used to be a teacher in prisons for a number of years. I have substantial experience of neurodiversity, specifically ADHD and high functioning Autism.
Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage; well done for getting this far! I look forward to working with you.
