Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a family and marriage therapist licensed in Florida and Virginia with 14 years of professional work. I have experience in helping clients with trauma, grief-related cases, stress, anxiety, motivation, self-esteem and confidence, depression, and coping with life changes. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I can work with couples, families, individuals, and groups as well as children and adolescents. I am a proponent of strong relationships especially with the Holy Spirit as a faith-based therapist (Christian/Catholic). I’m also passionate about strengthening and empowering families. My theoretical orientation includes existential and humanistic theories. I draw heavily upon solution-focused and cognitive behavioral interventions. I find there are several counseling techniques that benefit, however, the most important in session is the therapeutic relationship with your therapist, which can in turn help to address the here-and-now for the therapeutic work to begin.
I believe in treating the whole person and having them recognize their uniqueness, taking a collaborative approach to help reach treatment goals. Each person deserves an individualized framework of therapeutic goals. My approach is to actively help you change towards the desired goal by trying various interventions tailored to you and your unique issues.
Breaking free from past wounds sometimes means identifying emotional reoccurring upsets. Taking the first step to seek a more fulfilling and happier life is a challenge, it takes courage and a leap of faith.
“We are not the sum of our weaknesses and failures, we are the sum of the Father’s love for us and our real capacity to become the image of His Son Jesus.” (St.JPII, 2008)

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For a range of common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, research and clinical practice show that virtual sessions can be as effective as in-person counseling for most people.
One major benefit is flexibility – individuals can connect with a therapist in the format that fits their routine and comfort level, whether by video call, phone, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to attend sessions consistently and integrate therapeutic work into daily life.
Therapists providing online care are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they need a different match. For many, remote therapy provides a practical, effective way to address mental health and relationship concerns while maintaining the support and guidance of a trained clinician.
