Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
My name is Rebecca, I have been working with youth for over 20 years and I recognize that while each family has different values and challenges, the road to adulthood is challenging for everyone from time to time.
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I’ve supported teens facing a variety of concerns, including academic struggles, anxiety, depression, changes in family dynamics, college and career goal setting, grief, parenting conflicts, relationship issues, self-regulation, and trauma recovery.
Together we will identify areas of focus, create therapeutic goals, then develop steps and strategies to achieve those goals. Based on your goals, this is done through either a Solution Focused CBT, ACT, Mindfulness, or a Trauma Focused approach.
I look forward to getting started.

Many people wonder whether virtual sessions can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person care.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can meet with therapists in the format that works best for them, including video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This makes it easier to fit therapy into busy schedules and to connect from wherever is most convenient.
Sessions are conducted by licensed professionals, and if a different therapeutic fit is desired, clients have the option to switch therapists. Online therapy can be a practical, effective way to access support for many everyday mental health concerns.
