Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Clinical Counselor licensed in Ohio for over 5 years. I bring compassion, understanding and over 13 years of direct experience in the field of mental health to every session. My career has primarily been focused on crisis intervention and solution focused treatment. In my private practice, use a combination of Client- Focused therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy combined with other treatment modalities to ensure that you are able to reach your goals. I have worked with people with a variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, stress management, grief and loss, navigating family dynamics, women’s issues and LGBTQ concerns.
I believe that goal setting is a collaborative effort, which means that in sessions, I want you to take charge of your own life. We will work together to complete your treatment plan and treatment goals. Hopefully, we will work together to help you maintain the driver’s seat and steer your life in the most beautiful direction.
I understand that beginning the process of therapy is a challenging and sometimes daunting task. I aim to make this transition into your next phase of life as smooth as possible. You deserve it.

Many people ask whether remote therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions for most people.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can meet with a therapist using video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging, choosing the format that fits their life and comfort level. This adaptability makes it easier to keep therapy consistent even with busy schedules.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and clients may switch therapists at any time if they want a different match. For many, online therapy provides an accessible, practical option to pursue mental health support without sacrificing the quality of care.
