Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
It takes courage to seek out therapy and my goal is to create a space where you will feel safe, trusted and supported to explore what is important to you. I will work empathically and collaboratively with you by seeking to understand what is going well and areas which you would like to change. Drawing from principles of positive psychology and executive coaching, I will work with you to set goals to help you move forward in areas where you might feel stuck. I believe that one of the most important aspects of therapy is fit/rapport with your therapist. Therefore, I will often check in with you to make sure that we are going in a direction that you want. Your time is valuable and it is important that we are meeting your goals for seeking out therapy.

Many people wonder whether remote counseling can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and navigating life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person treatment.
A major benefit is convenience and flexibility. Individuals can choose the format that best fits their needs and comfort level – video sessions, phone calls, live chat, or in-app messaging – making it easier to schedule care alongside work, family, and other responsibilities.
Therapy provided online is delivered by licensed professionals, and patients have the option to change therapists if they are seeking a different therapeutic fit. This combination of accessibility and professional care makes online therapy a practical option for many people seeking support.
