Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas and in Louisiana with over 12 years of experience in individual and group therapy, primarily in crisis and trauma. I have worked with clients of varying diagnoses, including depression, anxiety, bipolar, PTSD, psychosis, as well as substance abuse and dual diagnosis. Most of my clients have been adults, but, in addition, I have over two years of experience working with families, including couples, parents, children, and chronically suicidal teens. I have used all kinds of creative interventions, including art, music, animal-assisted, Tai Chi, yoga, mindfulness, writing, and life narrative.
My primary goal is to help you identify, manage, and work through any emotional or behavioral problems that impede your quality of life. My role as a therapist is not to judge, but rather to listen and provide support while you work to face problems head-on. I will guide you to navigate to the root cause of your personal crisis, while learning valuable coping skills that will help you stabilize your mood and behaviors

Norma Clark is a Licensed Professional Counselor licensed to practice in both Louisiana and Texas with 15 years of experience providing individual and group therapy, largely in crisis and trauma settings.
She has worked with people across a wide range of diagnoses, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, psychosis, substance use, and dual diagnosis. While most of her work has been with adults, she also has more than two years of experience supporting families – including couples, parents, children, and chronically suicidal teens.
Norma draws on a variety of creative interventions to complement traditional therapeutic methods, such as art and music, animal-assisted approaches, Tai Chi and yoga, mindfulness practices, expressive writing, and life narrative techniques. These options are used to help clients access emotions, process experiences, and build practical coping strategies.
Her primary aim is to help clients identify, manage, and work through emotional or behavioral issues that interfere with daily life. Norma approaches therapy without judgment, offering attentive listening and steady support as clients face problems directly. She guides individuals toward understanding root causes while teaching coping skills intended to stabilize mood and behavior over time.
